Job Description
Role: Oracle Utility Admin
Experience Preferred: 3-4 Years
Location: Pune/Remote
Job Description:
- Administer and support Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B, MDM, ODM, ORMB, OUA framework).
- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle Utilities and Oracle Database environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and batch processing jobs.
- Perform user management , role-based access control, and security configurations.
- Manage application servers (WebLogic) and troubleshoot middleware issues.
- Handle backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Support batch schedules, interface jobs, and integrations with external systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Work closely with developers, DBAs, and functional teams for deployments and releases.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and support audits when required.
