Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SCM, GTM, and OTM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/R11) environments and possess both technical and functional capabilities in Order Management (OM), GTM, and OTM modules.

The role involves close collaboration with business analysts, direct client interaction (preferably US clients), and contributing as an individual team member in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid role based in Chennai / Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle SCM & GTM/OTM Support

• Provide techno-functional support for SCM domain OM, GTM, and OTM modules
• Work extensively on Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R11 (Non-Fusion environment)
• Perform configurations, customizations, extensions, and troubleshooting within EBS
• Support integrations and data flows between SCM modules and other enterprise systems

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

• Collaborate with business analysts to capture, analyze, and document requirements
• Design and detail technical solutions aligned with business needs
• Prepare functional and technical documentation as required

Client & Project Engagement

• Interact directly with clients, including US-based stakeholders
• Participate in shift-based support as required
• Contribute individually while also working effectively within a team environment
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous system improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM domain
• Strong experience in OM, GTM & OTM modules
• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R11 (Fusion Cloud experience not required)
• Techno-functional expertise with understanding of both business processes and technical configurations
• Strong requirement gathering and solution design capabilities
• Excellent client interaction and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
• Flexibility to work in shifts

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with US clients
• Exposure to end-to-end implementation and support projects
• Understanding of supply chain integrations and logistics processes
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Team player with willingness to learn new technologies

Relevant Experience Preferred

• IT / ITES organizations using Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R11
• Logistics, trade management, or supply chain-focused enterprises
• Global delivery model projects with onsite-offshore coordination
• Organizations handling international trade, compliance, and transportation management
• High-volume enterprise environments requiring 24/7 support

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Oracle EBS Certification (added advantage)
