Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SCM, GTM, and OTM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/R11) environments and possess both technical and functional capabilities in Order Management (OM), GTM, and OTM modules. The role involves close collaboration with business analysts, client interaction (preferably US clients), and contributing as an individual team member in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide techno-functional support for SCM domain OM, GTM, and OTM modules.
• Work extensively on Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R11 (Non-Fusion).
• Collaborate with business analysts to capture, analyze, and document requirements.
• Design and detail technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Perform configurations, customizations, extensions, and troubleshooting within EBS.
• Support integrations and data flows between SCM modules and other enterprise systems.
• Interact directly with clients, including US-based stakeholders.
• Participate in shift-based support as required.
• Contribute individually while also working effectively within a team environment.

Key Skills :

• Strong experience in Oracle SCM domain (OM, GTM & OTM).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12/R11 (Fusion Cloud experience not required).
• Techno-functional expertise with understanding of both business processes and technical configurations.
• Experience working with US clients (added advantage).
• Strong requirement gathering and solution design capabilities.
• Excellent client interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Team player with willingness to learn new technologies.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
