Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and extend Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) / Sales Audit Cloud Service (SAC) for multi-tenant cloud environments (OCI and Azure).
- Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, views, and performance-optimized queries for high-volume retail transactions and audit rules.
- Build lightweight admin/ops tooling and dashboards using Oracle APEX (workflow control, exception management, reconciliation KPIs).
- Implement and tune Oracle AQ for asynchronous integrations, reliable messaging, and decoupled audit workflows.
- Integrate ReSA/SAC with MFCS/RMS, POS ingestion pipelines, financial systems (e.g., GL/ERP), and data platforms.
- Model and manage audit data Using Oracle ResT Data Service (ORDS)Calls for design schemas,
- Implement data quality checks, reconciliation rules, and exception handling for tenders, promotions, discounts, returns, and tax.
