Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Taleo Functional Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Taleo Recruiting (TEE and/or TBE) modules. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Taleo, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize recruitment workflows, improve user experience, and ensure alignment with talent acquisition strategies.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Minimum 7 years of functional experience with Oracle Taleo (TEE or TBE), preferably TEE.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and how they map to Taleo functionality.
• Experience with Taleo Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance modules.
• Hands-on experience with Taleo Connect Client (TCC) or Taleo Web Services is a strong plus.
• Experience with configuration of career sections, offer templates, requisition templates, and agency portals.
• Familiarity with integrations (HRIS, job boards, background screening, etc.).
• Proven track record in managing or supporting multiple Taleo implementations or upgrades.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
