Oracle Sr Finance Functional

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant.

• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud Financials.

• Deep understanding of finance business processes and regulatory requirements (GAAP/IFRS).

• Strong proficiency in Oracle R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials (preferred modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

• Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., banks, tax engines, payroll, procurement).

• Familiarity with tools like AIM, OUM, or Oracle Unified Methodology.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Oracle Cloud Financials Certification(s)

• Functional Knowledge of Oracle Reporting tools (OTBI, FRS, Smart View, BI Publisher)

• Experience in Multi-Org, Multi-Currency, Multi-Ledger setups

• Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls

• Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
