Oracle HCM Support Analyst L2

Location: Hyderabad, India

Shift: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM IST

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Support Analyst (L2) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and will be responsible for providing Level 2 production support, troubleshooting functional issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of HR systems.

This role involves working closely with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and global support teams to resolve issues and support ongoing system enhancements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications in a production environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related issues.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
  • Support modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate with HR business users and cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex production issues.
  • Participate in Oracle quarterly release testing and impact analysis.
  • Maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Support data fixes, configuration updates, and minor enhancements.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud support.
  • Strong functional knowledge in one or more modules:
  • Core HR
  • Absence Management
  • Benefits
  • Compensation
  • Talent Management
  • Experience supporting production environments and incident management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM configurations and HR business processes.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a global support environment and evening shift.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, or BI reports.
  • Knowledge of Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing.
  • Experience working with global HR operations teams.
