Oracle SOA Consultant – EBS Finance/Procurement/Payroll Integration1

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle SOA Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in developing and managing integrations between Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), particularly in the Finance and Payroll modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite components such as BPEL, Mediator, and OSB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrations between Oracle EBS (Finance & Payroll) and third-party systems using Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c).

  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical integration designs.

  • Build and deploy BPEL processes, Mediators, OSB services, and adapters (DB, File, JMS, etc.).

  • Integrate with Oracle EBS APIs, interface tables, and concurrent programs.

  • Handle data transformation and orchestration between systems.

  • Coordinate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of integrations.

  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.

  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in live integrations.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and support processes.

Required Skills:

  • 8–10 years of experience in Oracle SOA Suite development (BPEL, Mediator, OSB).

  • Strong experience in integrating with Oracle EBS Finance and Payroll modules.

  • Good understanding of EBS APIs, open interfaces, and concurrent program integration.

  • Proficiency in XSLT, XSD, WSDL, XML, SOAP, REST, and Web Services security.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.

  • Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server deployment and management.

  • Familiarity with fault handling, logging, and monitoring tools like EM Console.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c.

  • Knowledge of OAuth/JWT/token-based authentication in web services.

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM integration is a plus.

  • Oracle SOA certification is an added advantage.
