Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS SCM O2C Senior Functional Consultant with 711 years of expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and drive supply chain transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle SaaS SCM solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Design, configure, and support O2C processes within Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain processes with organizational goals.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle SaaS SCM configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across SCM modules.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and business processes.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
• Conduct user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 711 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain implementations.
• Strong expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, and Receivables integration within Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications (Order-to-Cash cycle).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and extensions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Waterfall project environments.
