Background
LSEG have embarked on a Finance Transformation programme, to deliver our Finance Vision and transform the way we work to create value and deliver sustainable growth for the business. The Programme is driving efficiencies and maximising benefits for LSEG by moving to a single cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning and Performance Management (Oracle Fusion/EPM/EDM/OICS).
Role Profile
We are looking for Oracle RMB Solution Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for development, including the setup, configuration, and management, as well as coordinating OCI support and leading the Oracle Cloud Fusion, Oracle RMB, BIP Reporting and OICS Development team members.
As an Oracle RMB Solution Engineer, will be responsible for:
Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive reporting requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Provided solutions as per business requirements, project plan estimations
Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution architectures leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion/ RMB/EBS capabilities to address specific business requirements and objectives.
Configuration and Implementation: Configure Oracle Cloud Fusion/ RMB/EBS modules, including Revenue Management, Pricing, and Contracts, to align with client-specific needs and industry best practices.
Data Migration: Plan and execute strategic data migration initiatives to populate Oracle Cloud Fusion/ RMB/EBS with accurate and complete data.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams to enable effective utilization of Oracle Cloud Fusion/ RMB/EBS.
Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create comprehensive documentation for reports, including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance procedures, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
Knowledge/Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion, RMB, EBS and all R2R, P2P, O2C, and Billing Modules.
Experience managing Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion Applications infrastructure and leading end to end operations for change control boards
More than 8years of experience in Oracle ERP applications Implementation
Experience building features with technologies Oracle Cloud Fusion/ RMB/EBS.
Relevant Oracle Cloud Fusion certifications, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications or Oracle Fusion Applications certifications.
Experience working within a Finance Technology function, preferably with large Financial Services Organisation.
Experience in driving high availability, resiliency, and scalability of a global Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion Applications landscape delivering metrics-driven continuous improvements.
