  • Strong understanding of retail business processes:
    • Item/SKU management
    • Purchasing & inventory
    • Pricing & promotions
    • Replenishment
    • Store operations
    • Finance & invoicing
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Retail modules such as:
    RMS, ReIM, ReSA, RPM, SIM, MFCS, MFP, Xstore, OBIEE or Oracle Retail Insights.
  • Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
  • Good understanding of SQL, data structures, and integration flows.
  • Experience in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
