Oracle Primavera P6, Unifier Functional Consultant.

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier Functional Consultant to lead large-scale enterprise implementations and transformations. In this role, you’ll work closely with global clients to modernize project and portfolio management processes using Oracle Primavera Cloud technologies.

You will play a key part in shaping implementation strategies, leading data migration initiatives, and ensuring solution excellence across diverse industries and geographies. This is an opportunity to apply your domain knowledge, client management skills, and deep functional expertise to drive measurable business outcomes.

Lead enterprise-wide Primavera P6 and Unifier implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and best practices.

Strategize and manage data migration from legacy or on-prem systems to Primavera Cloud, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

Consolidate multiple Primavera databases into a unified, optimized environment.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices, governance models, and business process optimization within Primavera.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration, configuration, and testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and process issues across project lifecycles.

Conduct business requirement workshops, translate requirements into functional specifications, and validate configurations.

Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and adoption through stakeholder training and change management initiatives.

8–12 years of total experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier functional consulting.

Minimum 2 full-cycle Primavera P6 implementations completed, and currently engaged in the 3rd.

Strong understanding of P6 Cloud migration methodologies, data modeling, and Primavera database schema.

Experience in integration design and execution with Oracle and third-party systems.

Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles within large, global organizations.

Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, and reporting workflows.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud or related enterprise applications is an advantage.
