Must Have**
- Strong experience in Oracle OTM and GTM (implementation and support).
- Hands-on experience with OTM/GTM configuration , workflow agents , and integration architecture .
- Technical skills: SQL , PL/SQL , XML/XSLT , Java , Web Services .
- Knowledge of transportation planning , freight payment , trade compliance , and global logistics processes .
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
