We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant to lead customer onboarding, drive solution design, and manage multiworkstream delivery in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Customer Onboarding Workstream and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Ensure process & configuration standards are followed across all onboarding projects.
• Perform EM activities for offshore teams; coordinate with nearshore PMs.
• Own and industrialize knowledge transition and bestpractice documentation .
• Mentor junior team members, support skill development & resource planning.
• Delegate tasks, manage conflicts, and unblock dependencies across workstreams.
• Monitor Change Requests , ensure timely scheduling and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 7+ years OTM experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations .
• Strong functional expertise across Shipment Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, Sourcing, Fleet Management .
• Advanced skills in SQL, XML, XSL, BI Publisher .
• Strong B2B Integration experience (EDI, API).
• Proven ability in solution design, system architecture, project management .
• Experience in both development and support project environments.
• Excellent customer handling , communication, team-building & conflictresolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Experience in 3PL industry , Order Management, or other TMS is an advantage.
• Computer Science or related educational background preferred.
