Oracle OIC and PAAS Trainer

CloudShine is a leading technology solutions and training provider specializing in Oracle Cloud training. We empower professionals and organizations to bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern cloud architecture. We are currently seeking a subject matter expert to lead our high-end technical training sessions for the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) stack.

• Position: Part-Time Technical Trainer (OIC, VBCS, PCS)
• Compensation: 12,00,000 (12 LPA)
• Location: Remote / Hybrid (as per company policy)
• Commitment: Weekly 12 to 20 Hours

• Curriculum Delivery: Lead comprehensive training sessions covering Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS).
• Hands-on Labs: Guide students through real-world scenarios, including App-driven Orchestrations, Scheduled Integrations, and FBDI/SOAP/REST-based SaaS integrations.
• VBCS Mastery: Teach the development of web and mobile applications, including Business Objects (BO), Service Connections, and UI/UX best practices using OJET.
• Process Automation: Demonstrate how to build structured and dynamic processes in PCS, including approval workflows and human task integrations.
• Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance on complex integration patterns (fault handling, lookup usage, and connectivity agents).

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Oracle PaaS/Middleware.
• Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of OIC (Gen 2/3), VBCS, and PCS.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command over XML, XSLT, JavaScript, JSON, and SQL/PL-SQL.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex architectural concepts.
• Integration Knowledge: Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems.

The ideal candidate should hold at least one of the following:

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration Professional (1Z0-1042)
• Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service Developer (1Z0-1056 or similar)
• Oracle Cloud Platform Digital Assistant Specialist (Optional but a plus)
