Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle JDE CNC Administrator (AWS Migration Specialist) to lead and support the migration of our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment from on-premises infrastructure to Amazon Web Services.
• This role will be responsible for CNC administration, cloud architecture planning, environment builds, performance optimization, security, and ongoing operational support within AWS.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JDE CNC, strong AWS infrastructure knowledge, and hands-on experience executing full lifecycle cloud migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments (installation, configuration, builds, deployments, tools releases).
• Lead migration of JDE infrastructure from on-premises to Amazon Web Services.
• Design and implement AWS architecture (EC2, VPC, IAM, storage, backups).
• Manage package builds, OMW, path codes, and environment promotions.
• Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate database, application, and infrastructure configurations.
• Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies in AWS.
• Ensure security, access control, and compliance standards.
• Document architecture, processes, and migration procedures.
• Provide post-migration support and ongoing system optimization..

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a JDE CNC Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne architecture and tools releases.
• 2+ years of experience working with Amazon Web Services.
• Proven experience executing at least one full JDE migration to AWS.
• Strong knowledge of:

EC2, VPC, IAM, EBS, S3

Load balancers and networking

• Backup and disaster recovery planning
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Experience implementing high availability and multi-region DR in AWS.
• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, third-party monitoring tools).
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
