About the Role

The OIC Lead will be responsible for overseeing the operational integrity of our projects, ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

• Role: OIC Technical Consultant
• Core: OIC + SOA + OSB
• Integrations: REST, SOAP, FTP, B2B
• Fusion exposure: ERP / HCM / SCM / Finance
• Tools: BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL
• Certification: Oracle Integration certified

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve operational goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve project performance.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Provide training and support to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the technology sector.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
