Oracle HRMS Techno‑Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Oracle APEX Development :

• Design and develop custom APEX applications, dashboards, workflows, and UI components.
• Build interactive reports, forms, and responsive interfaces.
• Integrate APEX solutions with Oracle EBS HCM through APIs and web services.
• Configure dynamic actions, validations, business rules, and security frameworks.

Technical Development :

• Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and related objects.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and layouts.
• Build and support data conversion tools using SQL Loader, APIs, and custom scripts.
• Design REST/SOAP integrations for seamless APEXEBS interactions.

Data Management & Migration :

• Execute data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
• Utilize SQL Loader, APIs, HDL (when required), and custom utilities for data loads.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, security, and compliance.

System Enhancements & Support :

• Troubleshoot APEX applications and perform SQL/PLSQL performance tuning.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing across APEX and EBS modules.
• Work closely with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and support guides.

Required Skills :

• Strong handson experience in Oracle HRMS, Oracle APEX, and OAF.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, integrations, and data migration.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
