Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle HRMS modules and hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HRMS solutions
• Work on core HR modules such as:
• Core HR (Work Structures, Personal Administration)
• OTL (Oracle Time and Labor)
• Absence Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide HRMS solutions
• Support HR processes including employee lifecycle management
• Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and conversions
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production issues
• Provide documentation and end-user training

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Consultant
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS (EBS / Fusion exposure preferred)
• Hands-on experience in:
• Core HR
• OTL
• Absence Management
• Experience in HRMS implementations and support projects
• Good understanding of HR business processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
