Job Description
Skills Required:
Business Analysis, Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, SQL
Technical / Functional Skills (includes computer skills):
Implementation, Configuration and administration experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
Cloud in any 2 modules viz. Talent Management, Oracle Learn Cloud, Benefits,
Compensation, Core HR.
1-2 implementations desirable.
Payroll and Security experience desirable.
Able to understand and perform basic query functions using SQLs, fast formulas and
queries in HR systems. Additional SQL knowledge is encouraged.
Familiarity with application setups necessary for form/s, reports, workflows, etc.
Strong leadership, organization & project management skills.
Microsoft applications and Oracle SR creation is essential.
Certifications or Licenses: None
Travel expected: 0-10% of time
