Job Description
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead with over 10+ years of progressive experience in Oracle HCM, including extensive hands-on expertise in Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud ( Primary ) and exposure to Talent Management modules ( Secondary).
Demonstrates strong technical proficiency in:
HCM Integrations (including REST/SOAP APIs ( Primary )
HCM Extracts ( Primary ),BI Publisher (BIP) Reports ( Primary )
Redwood VBS Express Mode and its deployment lifecycle ( Secondary )
HDL (HCM Data Loader) ( Secondary),Fast Formulas ( Primary )
In addition to technical expertise, brings a strong focus on:
- Effective stakeholder communication
- Creating clear, comprehensive technical documentation including design specs, integration guides, and user manuals
- Agile delivery methodologies and change management process
