Job Title : Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Experience : 5 Plus Years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher reports , and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.

Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and related HCM modules.

Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet business reporting requirements.

Support end-to-end functional flows (Hire to Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions Candidate Pending Worker Employee.

Develop and manage HDL-based data loads and inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools, ensuring timely support to business users.

Technical Skills :

BI Publisher (BIP): Develop custom reports, build complex data models, configure bursting, and customize layouts.

OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Create real-time dashboards and analytics using subject areas (e.g., Recruiting, Core HR, Workforce).

HCM Extracts: Design, schedule, and monitor extracts for HR/recruiting data exchange with external systems.

Fast Formulas: Able to build, debug and maintain formulas.
