8+ years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud's Absence Management module having hands-on Technical experience with following :
- Fast Formulas
- HCM Data Loader (HDL) / HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) & BIP (BI Publisher)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Web Services/APIs (Conceptual)
- Technical Absence Configuration (Deep Dive)
- SQL (for data analysis and validation)
Excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills.
Ready to work in extended IST 2nd shift
