Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and hands-on experience in integrations, reports, and data conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
• Build and maintain integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Develop Fast Formulas, reports, and data loads
• Support data migration, enhancements, and production issues
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements
• Ensure best practices and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules

Hands-on experience with:

• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• BI Publisher Reports
• HCM Extracts
• Fast Formulas
• Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Good understanding of data migration and payroll interfaces

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
