Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant who can join us immediately with 5-8 years of hands-on expertise in data conversion, integrations, and reporting within Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in HCM Extracts, HDL,and BI/OTBI reports. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical implementation and support, with a minimum of two implementation project experience.

Must have technical expertise:

o BI & OTBI reporting (with Strong SQL and database knowledge)

o Data Conversion using HDL & HSDL across Core HR, Payroll, OTL modules .

o HCM Extracts

o Familiarity with Oracle tables, integration points, and technical processes.
