Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud especially in Absence Management and Payroll
- Proficiency in fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI and HDL
- Good understanding of Payroll flow, retro-pay, balance adjustments and absence accrual plans
- Ability to write and debug SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts
- Experience with integration tools like OIC, REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services
