Job Description
Work Experience -
- Experience in enterprise level HRIS implementation, Oracle HCM is preferred.
- Experience in HR Technology / HRIS, with at least 8 - 11 years specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud functional design and implementation across multiple modules.
- Experience in payroll systems, Redwood, OTBI, Core HR.
- Awareness around the principals of lean and streams of waste
- Experience in the preparation of business cases that support the approvals for new investments
- Exposure to the mining, construction, and /or engineering industries desirable.
