Job Title: Oracle HCM Reporting Specialist (BIP & OTBI)

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 45 Years

Were looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Reporting professional with strong expertise in BIP, OTBI , and hands-on HCM functional understanding.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Reporting BIP, OTBI
• 45 years of relevant experience
• HCM functional knowledge preferred

Primary Skill Requirements

Oracle HCM Implementation

• Experience in end-to-end or large-scale Oracle HCM implementations.

HCM Extracts Expertise (must be expert in at least one area)

• Extract Design & Development
• Understanding of Types of Extracts and their use cases
• Ability to enhance or modify seeded/custom extracts
• Strong knowledge of User Entities (UEs) and usage
• Familiarity with Extract delivery options & templates
• Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills
• Knowledge of parameters , extract properties & functions
• Handling incremental/changes-only/delta extracts
• Extract scheduling

Additional Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Payroll Flow Patterns (create/modify flows for HCM Extract, BIP, seeded tasks)
• Basic understanding of Security
• Hands-on with Fast Formulas (criteria, rules, scheduling). Functional FF is a plus.
• Understanding of PGP keys/certificates configuration , UCM in BIP Admin
• Knowledge of GDPR
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs & ATOM Feeds
• Understanding of Oracle release cycles & impact assessment

Fusion Functional Knowledge (Working Level)

• Core HR setup
• Absence management (enrolments & accruals)
• Bank & Branch setup
• Payroll elements, calculation cards & balances
• Third-party organization setup
• Work schedules & related setups
• DFF, KFF, EFF

Soft Skills & Workstyle

• Strong performance tuning and end-to-end optimization mindset
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Self-driven with ability to handle time-critical tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
