Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll and hands-on experience in payroll implementations, configurations, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, validations, and reconciliations
• Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and calculations
• Support payroll runs, retro pay, costing, and statutory processing
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and Technical teams
• Analyze business requirements and provide effective payroll solutions
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Hands-on experience with:
• Payroll Elements & Calculations
• Fast Formulas (Payroll-related)
• Payroll Balances & Costing
• Retro Pay & Payroll Runs
• Year-End Processing
• Experience in payroll statutory compliance (India payroll preferred)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
