Job Summary:

• 8+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Hands-on experience in Core HR (Global HR) is mandatory
• Experience in one or more modules:

• Payroll
• OTL (Time & Labor)
• Absence Management
• Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Compensation, Recruiting)

• Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and configurations
• Experience with Fast Formulas , HDL/HSDL , Workflows , and Security
• Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Experience in at least 23 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
