• Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
• Client: Wipro
• Location: Pan India
• Experience: 7+ Years
• Job Type: Full Time
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Talent modules (Goals & Performance)
• Handle production support / client issues / SLA-based delivery
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and implementation
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR mandatory)

Talent Management (Goals & Performance)

Techno-Functional expertise

HDL / HCM Extract / OTBI

Fast Formula (good to have)

Strong communication skills
