Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL
• Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM
• Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT
• Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs
• Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
• Understanding of HR processes and policies
• Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus
• Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
