Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Core HR & Absence

We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Absence Management to support and enhance enterprise HR systems. This role is suited for professionals with hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience who can work closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional documents, test cases, and user guides.
• Support data migration, integrations, and reports related to Core HR and Absence.
• Resolve functional issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR and Absence modules.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or support projects.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in rotational shifts.
