Job Title : Oracle HCM - Core HR and Learning Management Functional Consultant

Experience : 5+Years

Location : Hyderabad, Chennai

Must Have**

5+ Years of total experience; 2+ fullcycle implementations in Oracle HCM Cloud with Core HR and Learning (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of Core HR : enterprise/LDG, workforce structures, worker lifecycle, approvals (BPM), document records, checklist tasks.

Strong knowledge of Learning : content management (SCORM/xAPI), courses/offerings/specializations, enrollment rules, compliance learning, ILT/virtual sessions, learning initiatives, assignment rules.

Hands-on with HDL/HSDL , HCM Extracts , OTBI , BI Publisher , Fast Formulas (exposure), Journeys (nice to have).

Experience with security console , role design, and data security for HR & Learning.

Understanding of integrations: REST/SOAP , OIC exposure is a plus.

Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
