Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM

Experience in Techno-Functional role

Ability to handle:

Functional configurations

Technical integrations

Reports & data handling

Strong understanding of HCM business processes

Ability to work closely with business & technical stakeholders

Role Expectations

Work on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations / support

Handle configuration, customization & integrations

Support testing, troubleshooting & enhancements

Ensure smooth collaboration between functional & technical teams
