Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities Oracle HCM Cloud (US Payroll)
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll with focus on US Payroll
- Manage payroll elements, balances, costing, and retro-pay configurations
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations
- Configure and execute Payroll Flows and HCM Extracts
- Handle Payroll Interfaces and Integrations with third-party systems
- Support end-to-end payroll processing, testing, and production issues
- Participate in full lifecycle payroll implementations , including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- Support enhancements and continuous improvements in payroll processes
- Exposure to multi-country payroll environments is an added advantage
Experience Required
- 410 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations or support
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Payroll implementation projects
