The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager/Senior Manager with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/Payroll to lead large-scale transformation programs for our global clients. You will play a strategic role in guiding clients through their cloud transformation journey, overseeing project delivery, managing teams, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
While the business situation / problem is given you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging s GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle and other providers.
Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows.
Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/ Payroll solutions across multiple geographies.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, and testers.
Drive business development activities including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.
Contribute to thought leadership and capability development within the Oracle HCM Cloud practice.
Skills Required:
1220 years of total experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/ Payroll.
Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Hands-on experience in GenAI and Agentic AI applications demonstrated through project implementations
Understanding of integrations with third-party systems and Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management).
Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex client engagements.
Qualifications & Experience:
The candidate should have minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/payroll.
A 15 years full time education is required.
