Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HCM professional with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR & Compensation) and a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM , particularly in Security Administration and SOX Compliance . The ideal candidate will bridge functional and technical knowledge to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient HR systems operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations and enhancements of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Compensation modules.
• Manage PeopleSoft HCM security architecture , including role-based access controls, permission lists, and row-level security.
• Ensure SOX compliance by designing, implementing, and monitoring security controls across both Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft environments.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams to prepare and present compliance documentation.
• Perform security audits , risk assessments, and remediation activities.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity between systems.
• Provide user training and create documentation for security processes and compliance standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Oracle HCM Cloud: Core HR, Compensation, Security configuration, and role provisioning.
• PeopleSoft HCM: Security administration, permission list management, and workflow security.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements and audit processes.
• Experience in data privacy regulations and HR data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid functional-technical role .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Core HR or Compensation.
• PeopleSoft Security certification or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in multi-country HR system environments .
