Position Overview

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will guide a team of quality engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design robust testing strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring application stability, integration quality, and efficient defect management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions

Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies aligned with project goals

Ensure quality assurance processes and testing methodologies are applied across the application lifecycle

Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and resolution processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless ecosystem and application integration

Analyze testing metrics and performance data to continuously improve quality processes

Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to technical challenges

Work independently and develop subject matter expertise (SME) in Oracle HCM integrations and quality engineering

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations

Deep understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies and testing processes

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

Ability to analyze complex data to refine testing strategies and quality metrics

Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

15 years of full-time education required

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
