As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and functionality. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements, while also overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing support to users, ensuring a seamless experience with the applications you help create.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

- Experience with configuration and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
