Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain HCM solutions for our stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM.You must be well versed in leading functional team, in conducting solution workshops while designing and building solutions per business requirements for key stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with other systems. Collaborate with project teams, including a system implementor, to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Provide support and guidance to development teams during the development, testing, and implementation phases. Exercises judgment and influence on key technical decisions, standards, policies, environment selection, architecture, data flows and technical solutions. Collaborates to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value or ROI, within the context of the HCM domain. Directs, develops, and presents to leadership and stakeholder’s various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM. Experience working as a solution architect. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Our Ideal Candidate 15+ years of strong experience required in HCM domain. Oracle HCM Cloud, hands on experience or solution architect mindset to validate solution. Proficient in following Scrum methodology for build phase and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards. Appropriate Cloud certification(s) will be a must and will carry a weightage. PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
