Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management) Functional SME

5+ years of experience in global trade compliance.

• Act as the functional lead for Oracle GTM implementations and enhancements.

• Conduct business requirement workshops and translate requirements into functional designs.

• Configure Oracle GTM modules including:

  • Trade Compliance

  • Customs Management

  • Product Classification

  • License Management

  • Free Trade Agreements (FTA)

  • Denied Party Screening (DPS)

  • Lead functional design documentation (FDD), configuration documents, and solution blueprints.

• Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

• Provide production support and issue resolution.

• Manage cutover activities and hypercare support

4. Compliance & Regulatory Expertise

• Interpret global trade regulations (US, EU, APAC, LATAM).

• Ensure compliance with export controls, sanctions, and customs requirements.

• Maintain regulatory content and screening configurations.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with trade compliance teams, supply chain, logistics, and IT.

• Provide user training and documentation.

• Act as escalation point for complex GTM functional issues.
