Oracle Fusion Technical Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with strong communication and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS Reports, along with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS reports as per business requirements.

• Work closely with functional teams to gather reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design and support data models, dashboards, and analytics within the Fusion environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fusion reports and data extracts.

• Ensure timely delivery of reports and adherence to performance and quality standards.

• Collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion BI, OTBI, and FRS reporting tools.

• Good understanding of Fusion Cloud data model and subject areas.

• SQL and data analysis proficiency.

• Experience in integrating Fusion reports with other enterprise applications is a plus.

Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Technical development and reporting.
