About the Company
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Support Technical Consultant to provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and manage technical integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The role involves working closely with functional teams, business users, and Oracle Support to ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Production Support & Issue Management
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules as applicable.
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to integrations, data issues, reports, and technical configurations.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, ESS processes, and interface runs; resolve failures proactively.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Integrations & Technical Development
- Support and maintain integrations using SQL, PLSQL, OIC, BIP, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces.
- Debug integration failures and handle error reprocessing.
- Develop and support BI Publisher reports, data models, and extracts.
- Support custom extensions using Oracle Visual Builder (VB/VBCS) if applicable.
- Change & Release Management
- Support monthly Oracle Fusion updates and regression testing.
- Coordinate with functional consultants during patches and upgrades.
- Prepare technical documentation, support runbooks, and SOPs.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Work with functional teams to understand business issues and translate them into technical solutions.
- Log and manage Oracle SRs; coordinate with Oracle Support until closure.
- Communicate status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders clearly.

- Apex Knowledge (Optional)
