Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Sales & Incentive Compensation Consultant with strong experience in Fusion Sales (CX Sales), Fusion Incentive Compensation, and Redwood UI.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Sales, Service, and Incentive Compensation modules.
- Work on functional configurations, custom objects, workflows, and Redwood UI customization.
- Perform data migration, integrations, and OTBI analytics.
- Analyze current systems and identify enhancements or system improvements.
- Coordinate with clients for UAT and system enhancements.
- Participate in solution design and client discussions.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Sales and Incentive Compensation.
- Experience in 23 implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle CX products.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
