Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Sales & Incentive Compensation Consultant with strong experience in Fusion Sales (CX Sales), Fusion Incentive Compensation, and Redwood UI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion Sales, Service, and Incentive Compensation modules.
  • Work on functional configurations, custom objects, workflows, and Redwood UI customization.
  • Perform data migration, integrations, and OTBI analytics.
  • Analyze current systems and identify enhancements or system improvements.
  • Coordinate with clients for UAT and system enhancements.
  • Participate in solution design and client discussions.


Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Sales and Incentive Compensation.
  • Experience in 23 implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle CX products.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
