Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation
• Lead and guide a team, take ownership of technical and functional decisions
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams (business, IT, integrations)
• Take responsibility for solution design and issue resolution across teams
• Provide end-to-end solutions for Incentive Compensationrelated problems
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing for team members
