Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) – Techno‑Functional Consultant

We are seeking "5 years"of highly skilled Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) TechnoFunctional Consultant with strong expertise in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Fusion IC processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure accurate compensation operations and provide reliable production support, including shiftbased and oncall responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Fusion IC Configuration & Implementation

• Configure and manage Compensation Plans, Plan Components, Performance Measures, Rate Tables, and related modules.
• Execute endtoend configuration, testing, validation, and rollout of new or enhanced incentive compensation processes.
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into functional design and system configurations.

Business Process Optimization

• Analyze compensation workflows and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Support process modeling, simplification, and documentation in alignment with organizational standards.

Data Analysis, Reporting & Issue Resolution

• Perform data audits, validations, reconciliations, and rootcause analysis.
• Generate and interpret reports to ensure accuracy in crediting, calculation, and payouts.
• Resolve production issues within SLA timelines and ensure continuous system stability.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Oracle Sales Cloud / CRM teams to maintain seamless integration with compensation processes.
• Work closely with sales operations, finance, and IT stakeholders for ongoing support and enhancements.

Production Support & SLA Compliance

• Provide shift-based production support and participate in rotational weekend oncall coverage.
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, changes, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to SLA frameworks and service delivery standards.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of technofunctional experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC).
• Proven handson expertise in configuring Compensation Plans, Performance Measures, Rate Tables, and related components.
• Strong skills in Fusion IC reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with process modeling, optimization, and solution design.
• Exposure to Oracle Sales Cloud / CRM integrations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and within crossfunctional teams.
• Solid understanding of SLA-driven support models.
