Oracle Fusion HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant – (SFP)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM TechnoFunctional Consultant Student Financial Planning (SFP) to support design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Payroll, with a specific focus on the SFP module.

This role will collaborate closely with highereducation business teams, support global deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to HR digitization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in 12 full-cycle implementations of the Oracle Fusion Student Financial Planning (SFP) module.
• Configure, test, and support SFP functionality aligned with highereducation financial processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand student finance workflows and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Provide technofunctional support for SFP, including issue triage, rootcause analysis, and resolution.
• Lead requirement analysis, fitgap workshops, and process design discussions.
• Prepare configuration workbooks, functional documents, and endtoend process documentation.
• Collaborate with Absence, OTL, and Payroll teams to support HCM integrations and downstream processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution demos.
• Present updates, deliver training, and support adoption across global teams.

Required Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and Payroll.
• Handson experience with:
• Fast Formulas
• FSM configuration
• HCM data model
• Lookups, UDTs
• Fitgap analysis & requirements gathering
• Strong understanding of H2R business processes and highereducation finance operations.

Required Technical Skills

• Fast Formulas (Payroll, OTL, Absence)
• HSDL, HDL, and data loading frameworks
• HCM Data Model / UDTs / Lookups
• BI Publisher & OTBI reporting
• Troubleshooting & SQL familiarity

Experience & General Requirements

• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Minimum 2 endtoend implementations in HCM; SFP implementation experience highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global matrix environments and Agile delivery models.
