Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Core HR & Talent)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 810 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Core HR and Talent Management modules.

The ideal candidate must have completed full end-to-end implementation in Oracle Fusion HCM in Core HR and Talent Modules and possess a balanced techno-functional profile with stronger depth on the technical side (integrations, extracts, HDL, reporting, etc.)

This is a hybrid role, and the selected candidate must be based in the NCR region and willing to work from the clients office in Noida as required.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise (Stronger Focus Area)

• Hands-on experience in:
• HCM Extracts
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• Fast Formulas
• BI Reports / OTBI
• BIP Reporting
• Experience in inbound/outbound integrations

Exposure to:

• OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) preferred
• Web services (SOAP/REST) preferred
• Data migration and conversion experience
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution capability

Functional Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Core HR
• Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Talent Review, Succession, etc.)
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional configuration
• End-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience
• Experience in business process documentation and stakeholder coordination

Implementation Experience

• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations

Experience in:

• Requirement gathering
• Configuration
• Testing (SIT/UAT)
• Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support

Soft Skills

• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid model
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria

• 810 years of total IT experience
• Minimum 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Must be currently based in the NCR region
• Willing to work from client location in Noida (Hybrid)

Good to Have

• Exposure to additional HCM modules (Absence, Payroll, Benefits)
