Job Description
Hiring: Fusion HCM Technical Consultant
Location: Bangalore (Remote Opportunity) Experience: 7+ Years (Minimum 4 Years in Fusion/Cloud) CTC: Up to 35 LPA
Skills Required:
- Fast Formula Development
- Data Migration
- Reports (BIP, HCM Extract)
- Oracle VBCS
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas across Payroll, Absence, OTL, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Build and manage integrations using HCM Extract & BI Publisher.
- Write complex conditional logic and calculations for HCM processes.
- Design and implement formulas for:
- Payroll Calculation Rules
- Absence Accruals & Plans
- Benefits Eligibility
- Compensation Rules
- Troubleshoot and resolve formula issues using Formula Results, Messages, and Logging.
- Work with DBIs, context variables, and input values effectively.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementations and support projects.
